Learning disability support
Your choices. Your skills. Your future.
We support people with learning disabilities to take an active part in everyday life. Support starts with understanding the individual’s communication, strengths and ambitions, rather than making assumptions about what they can do.

Your support, in practice
What we can
help with.
- Daily living skills at a comfortable pace
- Accessible communication and meaningful choices
- Community participation and positive relationships
- Support with routines, appointments and agreed goals
Taking the time
to get it right.
Together, we identify manageable goals and break tasks into steps that make sense to the person. Familiar routines, clear information and time to practise can help build confidence. Where appropriate, we involve relatives, advocates and professionals while keeping the person’s wishes central. Personal care is assessed separately within the relevant regulated service.
