Taking the time
to get it right.
Before support starts, we consider the environment, the transfer involved and any equipment or professional guidance required. The care plan identifies the appropriate method and staffing for each task. We do not improvise unsafe lifts or provide physiotherapy; where specialist advice is needed, we work within the agreed professional plan.

Can carers use my mobility equipment?
We first check that the equipment, assessment, instructions and staff competence are appropriate. Any transfer must be included in your agreed care plan.
Is this a physiotherapy service?
No. This is day-to-day care and mobility assistance. Clinical assessment and physiotherapy remain with the relevant qualified professionals.
