Nefid Personnel Ltd brings together domiciliary care and supported living with one shared purpose: helping people live with dignity, choice and a stronger sense of independence.
Our original commitment remains simple: care should be friendly, reliable and attentive to the things that matter to each person. We support people at home and discuss supported living pathways with individuals, families and professionals.
The company was incorporated in January 2020. Our CQC-regulated service is led by registered manager Nontokozo Ncube.

In the assessment published on 10 February 2025, CQC rated Nefid Personnel Good overall and in each of the five key areas. The report recognised staff knowledge of people’s preferences, training and support. It also made a recommendation about recruitment.
