Immediate danger
If someone is in immediate danger or needs emergency help, call 999. Do not wait for a response to a website enquiry. This website is not monitored as an emergency or crisis service.
Concern about an adult or young person
For suspected abuse, neglect or exploitation, contact the relevant local authority safeguarding team. For a child or young person, contact their local council’s children’s social care team. The GOV.UK reporting service can help you find the appropriate council.
If the concern relates to our service, you can also ask to speak to the registered manager by telephone. Follow your professional safeguarding procedures where applicable. Do not send detailed allegations, medical records or identifiable case histories through the general enquiry form.
A culture of respect
Our approach puts dignity, choice and appropriate safeguarding at the centre of support. CQC’s published assessment discusses the safeguarding and whistleblowing arrangements considered during its review. Read the full assessment for the findings and context.
Ask our team for the safeguarding policy and reporting arrangements relevant to the service you use.
