Helpful to know
Your questions,
answered.
Clear information to help you take your next step.
What is domiciliary care?
Domiciliary care is support provided in your own home. Depending on your assessed needs, it may include personal care, mobility assistance, medication reminders, meals, practical tasks and companionship.
What is supported living?
Supported living helps people build independence in their home and community. We discuss individual needs, goals, accommodation arrangements and the right level of support.
How do I arrange care for a family member?
Start with a conversation. Tell us the general kind of support you are looking for and your location. We will discuss an assessment, availability and next steps before anything is agreed.
Can professionals make a referral?
Yes. Social workers, commissioners and other professionals can use the general enquiry form to request a referral discussion. Please do not send health records or detailed safeguarding information through the initial form.
How much does care cost?
Costs depend on the support required, visit pattern and assessment. We explain the proposed service and charges before you decide. There is no fixed price or commitment attached to an initial enquiry.
Where do you provide support?
We are based in Leeds. We discuss home care locally and supported living referrals across Yorkshire and the Humber, subject to individual assessment, service suitability and availability.
