Community & relationships
A life with connection and purpose.
Having places to go and people to spend time with is part of a good everyday life. We support people to explore interests, develop confidence and take part in their communities in ways that feel right for them.

Your support, in practice
What we can
help with.
- Exploring hobbies and local community activities
- Support to maintain chosen relationships
- Practising travel and planning outings
- Building confidence around work, learning or volunteering
Taking the time
to get it right.
Community support starts with the person’s interests, not a set activity list. We discuss access, transport, communication, safeguarding and how much support is helpful. Participation is a choice. We aim to create opportunities for meaningful connection while respecting privacy, boundaries and the person’s own pace.
